About the Journal

The Brazilian Journal of Medical Physics (RBFM) is a scientific journal published by the Brazilian Association of Medical Physics (ABFM).

The RBFM publishes original scientific research articles, technical communications and review articles in the field of Medical Physics, which include the areas of Radiotherapy, Nuclear Medicine, Diagnostic Radiology, Radiological Protection and Radiation Dosimetry, diagnosis and therapy modalities with ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, as well as Teaching and Instrumentation in Medical Physics. RBFM also publishes reviews of theses and dissertations in the area of Medical Physics.
